Legalese
Except as otherwise expressly provided, whenever in this Act an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of a section or other provision of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 151 et seq.), the term `eligible telecommunications carriers' has the meaning given such term in section 602, except as otherwise provided in this Act.
